Exhibitor Registration for our 2020 Horror Fest!
Saturday May 2, 2020 - 10am-10pm
This event is FREE to the public!
Please email us at info@indyhorrorstory.com before paying registration fees to make sure your type of booth is accepted as an exhibitor/vendor. Once a registration is booked and paid, there are no refunds unless the event is canceled by IHS for reasons other than weather.

TIMES:
Advertised as open to the public 2pm-10pm
You may begin setting up as early as 10am. Must be set up and ready to go by 2pm.
All vehicles used to set up must be removed from the site by 1pm.
NOTES:
-This is an outdoor event.
-Each spot is 10' X 10'. If you need more space, rent two spaces side-by-side for a 10'X20' space...or 3 spaces for a 10' X 30' space.
-We allow and suggest pop-up tents for shade and in case of rain, however they are not necessary.
-Anything you can fit in your space, you can display!
-Some spaces have power, some do not... Please look closely at the venue map before selecting and paying for a location! Electric sites will have one outlet provided from an outdoor extension cord. Only food vendors will be allowed to use generators.
-Music will be provided by IHS. Please DO NOT play music at your space.
-The festival site (IHS's parking lot) is lit by floodlights at night. You are welcome to illuminate your booth.
-We are in this to give you the opportunity to display/sell your horror related items! We ARE NOT in this to make money! All registration fees go towards proper permitting, insurance, security and Port-O-Potty rentals in support of the festival.
-We are looking for anything horror related to be exhibited/sold. Horror art, masks, costumes, candles, books, etc.
-Food vendors must be properly licensed.
-Absolutely NO drugs, alcohol, weapons or open flames on property!
